REFUND POLICY

As we specialize in fresh, seasonal produce, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all our customers. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Freshness & Quality Guarantee

Our fruits are hand-picked and delivered directly from Japanese farms to ensure peak freshness. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "change of mind" or personal taste preference.

2. Issues with Your Order

If you receive a product that is damaged, rotten, or significantly differs from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

To process a claim, please email us at [contact@greengorillafruits.com] with the following information:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photographs of the affected fruit and the packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Please note: Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained, as the quality of fresh produce can be affected by storage conditions beyond our control.

3. Resolution

Once your claim is verified, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • Replacement: We will send a replacement of the same item (subject to seasonal availability).

  • Store Credit: A credit voucher to be used for your next purchase.

  • Refund: A partial or full refund to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery from Japan. Once an order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment, we are unable to accept any cancellations.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time. As our products are fresh, we cannot be held responsible for the deterioration of fruit quality if the package is left unattended or redirected due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
