All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to change prices and fruit availability without prior notice due to the seasonal nature of our products.

2. Delivery

We aim to deliver your fruits within the scheduled timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Please ensure an accurate delivery address is provided.

3. Product Representation

While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, actual fruits may vary slightly in color, size, and appearance from the images shown on the website due to natural variations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Green Gorilla Fruits and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Green Gorilla Fruits shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

7. Lucky Draw

  • Eligibility: Each active month of subscription grants the member one (1) lucky draw entry.

  • Bonus Entries: Annual subscribers will receive a lump sum of twelve (12) entries, and semi-annual subscribers will receive six (6) entries.

  • Grand Draw: The winner will be announced in 9th August 2026.

  • Winner Selection: The winner must be an active subscriber at the time of the draw.
